Activities which do not require permission 6.39.9

In respect of the following activities of a status holder, permission will not be required from the Development Commissioner or the jurisdictional Central Excise authority. However, prior intimation thereof needs to be given.

DTA sale of finished products in terms of para 6.8(a) of FTP

Participation in exhibition (iii) Personal carriage of Gems & Jewellery for export promotion tours subject to fulfillment of conditions of para 6.24 of Handbook (Vol.1).
