Where the date of expiry of the licence/ certificate/Authorisation/ permission/ duty credit certificates falls before the last day of the month, the licence/certificate/ Authorisation/ permission/ duty credit certificate shall be deemed to be valid until the last day of the month.

This proviso would be applicable even for a revalidated licence/ certificate/ Authorisation/ permission/ duty credit certificates.
