Revalidation of Import/ Export Licence/Certificate/ Authorisation/Permissions

The licence/certificate/ Authorisation/ permission may be revalidated on merits by the Regional Authority concerned, which has issued the licence/ certificate/ Authorisation/ permission, for a period of six months reckoned from the date of expiry of the validity period.

However, Export Licence may be revalidated by the Regional Authority concerned on the recommendation of DGFT for a period of six months at a time but not beyond a period of 12 months reckoned from the date of expiry of the validity period.
