Import of Other Restricted Items

ITC (HS) contains the list of restricted items. An application for import of such items may be made, in the ‘Aayaat Niryaat Form’ along with the documents prescribed therein. Original application along with Treasury Receipt (TR) /Demand Draft shall be submitted to the regional authority concerned and selfattested copy of the same shall be submitted to DGFT in duplicate along with proof of submission of the application to concerned Regional Authority.
