Notwithstanding the provisions of para 4.20.3 and 4.20.4 above, Clubbing of all expired licences may also be permitted provided all the expired licences have been issued during the Exim Policy period 1992-1997 & 1997-2002 i.e., 1st April, 1992 to 31st March, 2002. However clubbing of erstwhile Value Based Advance licences shall not be allowed.
