Monitoring of Export Obligation

5.9.1

The Authorisation holder shall submit to the Regional authority by 30th April of every year, report on the progress made in fulfillment of export obligation against the Authorisation issued as well as annual average level of exports achieved. The report shall be submitted electronically on the DGFT website. The Regional authority may issue partial EO fulfilment certificate to the extent of EO fulfilled in a particular year.

Automatic Reduction/ Enhancement upto 10% of CIF value and Prorata Reduction/ Enhancement in Export Obligation
