Export Obligation

4A.26.2

EO against each consignment shall be fulfilled within a period of five months from date of clearance of such consignment through Customs. However, at no point of time, importer shall be required to maintain records of individual import consignments nor will they be required to co-relate export consignments with corresponding import consignments towards fulfilment of EO.
