"The applicant shall furnish a self addressed envelop of 40X15 cm with postal stamp affixed on the envelope as follows :-

(i) For all documents required to be sent by Speed Post.

	(a)      Within local area            	Rs.15.00/-
	(b)      Up to 200 Kms.               	Rs.20.00/-
	(c)      Between 200 to 500 Kms       	Rs.30.00/-
	(d)      Beyond 500 Kms               	Rs.45.00/-

(ii)   For all documents required to be sent by Registered post.

	(a)      For Licences                 	Rs.25.00/-
	(b)      For other documents          	Rs.20.00/-
