An application for grant of a licence under paragraphs 5.20 and 5.21 may be made in the form given in Appendix-8 to the Director General of Foreign Trade or Director of Tourism, Government of India who will forward the application to the licensing authority concerned alongwith the recommendations on the import entitlement and the goods to be imported.
