9.20 (a) The approved EOU / EPZ unit shall be required to execute a legal undertaking with the DC concerned in the form given in Appendix 16-B.

(b) Trading / Service units shall be required to execute a legal undertaking with the DC concerned in the form given in Appendix 16-BB.

Minimum level of Net Foreign Exchange as a Percentage of exports (NFEP) and minimum Export Performance (EP)

(c) The approved SEZ unit shall be required to execute a legal undertaking with the DC concerned in the format to be prescribed.
