The goods shall be cleared through Customs by the nominated agency Status Holder. Even where export order is received by an Associate, the goods shall be cleared through Customs by the nominated agency only and not the Associate. The associate shall, in such cases, authorise the nominated agency to act as its agent to file Bill of Entry and shipping bill.
