8.53 The nominated agency shall maintain complete account, consignment-wise, of the gold, silver, platinum, mountings, findings / plain semi-finished gold / silver / platinum jewellery etc. imported for execution of each export order, the exports effected and the quantity of gold, silver, platinum mountings, findings etc. released against such exports. In case of direct exports, similar accounts shall also be maintained by the Status Holder. Such accounts shall be maintained for a minimum period of three years from the date of exports.
