8.54 The nominated agencies shall produce to the customs authorities letter in original or its certified copy, containing Government"s approval for holding the exhibition. / export of branded jewellery. Any other person shall produce to the Asst. Commissioner, customs the letter in original or its certified copy containing GJEPC"s approval for holding the exhibitions / export promotion tour / export of branded jewellery.
