5.10

An import licence shall be issued at 5% of the value of the annual average sales turnover of ammunition (whether indigenous or imported) during the preceding three licensing years subject to a minimum of Rs. 2000.

An application for grant of a licence for items listed in paragraph 5.9 above may be made to the licensing authority in the form given in Appendix-8 alongwith the documents prescribed therein.
