“Nominated Agencies authorised by Ministry of Commerce & Industry shall be permitted to set up showrooms/ retail outlets at the International Airports for the sale of plain and studded jewellery to foreign tourists in accordance with the procedure laid down by the Customs Authorities and shall be subject to the following conditions:
- All jewellery items unsold after a period of 60 days be exported abroad or returned to the respective EOU’s/ EPZ/ DTA units/ Nominated Agencies authorised by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry
- The minimum value addition as prescribed in the Policy shall be achieved.”
