2.12
The validity of import licence/certificate/ permission from the date of issue of licence/ certificate/ permission shall be as follows:
| (i) | Advance Licence , DFRC and Replenishment licence for Gem & Jewellery as per Chapter- 4 of the Policy | 18 months |
| (ii) | EPCG licence (other than spares) | 24 months |
| (iii) | EPCG Licence for spares, refractories, catalyst and consumables | 24 months |
