PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 04/2021, DT. 04/05/2021
Inclusion of agency in Appendix 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms of Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20 in terms of Para 2.55 (d) of HBP 2015-20.
In exercise of powers conferred under the paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby includes the following agency in Appendix 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms of Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20 in terms of Para 2.55 (d) of HBP 2015-20 with immediate effect :-

2. The above agency is recognized for Pre-Shipment Inspection Certificates as per provision of Para 2.55(e) of HBP, 2015-20 from the date of issue of this Public Notice. Hence the PSIA approved shall have validity period of 03 years or till such time to be notified by DGFT, whichever is earlier. Details of approved spectrometers and survey meters for issuance of PSIC by this agency are annexed.
3. One Existing Pre-Shipment Inspection Agency at Si. No. 36 of Appendix 2G, namely, M/s Marine Inspection and Logistics International (Rotterdam) B.V. is allowed to add the instruments to their existing instruments as per the Annexure to this Public Notice.
4. One Existing Pre-Shipment Inspection Agency at Si. No. 04 of Appendix 2G, namely, M/s Ravie Energie Inc has informed that the address of their Head Office have changed as below:

5. The notified PSIA must ensure to update their membership certificate of MRAI/ISRI/IFIA and their office address and contact details within 30 days.
Effects of this public notice: Additional Agency is notified as PSIA, additional instruments have been added for the existing PSIA and change in Head Office of Existing PSIA has been notified.
