In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 & 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2023, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedure, 2023:

Effect of this Public Notice:

Para 4.73(15) of Handbook of Procedures, 2023 stands amended to modify the name of authorized laboratories for certification / grading of diamonds.
