In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, as amended the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies the following amendment:

Reference to minimum value addition wherever it occurs, in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.2,1997-2002 shall stand deleted.
