Amendment/correction in the schedule of DEPB rates
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-2007 and paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I) the Director General of Foreign Trade, hereby makes the following addition/correction/amendment in the book titled “Schedule of DEPB rates” :-
I Product Group : Engineering Product Code : 61
The description of entry at Sr.No. 22 amended to read as” Electrical Fan with Table Stand/Wall Bracket.”
The description of entry at Sr.No.321 amended to read as ““Magnetic assemblies incorporating cast alloy permanent magnets e.g. pot magnets, magnetic welding clamps/links, Magnetic lifting devices, magnetic racks/vices/door catches/vee blocks bases/hold fast”
The description of entry at Sr. No. 456 amended to read as “Galvanised Steel Stranded Wire (Wire Strand)
The value cap of entry at Sr.No. 572 revised to Rs. 47/- per dial.
After the existing entry at Sr. No. 593, the following new entries are inserted :-
