Trade and Industry are hereby informed that an Extension Counter of Office of the Zonal JT.D.G.F.T., Mumbai, has been opened at NAGPUR. The Extension Counter shall operate in the premises of VIDARBHA INDUSTRIES ASSOCIATION AT UDYOG BHAWAN, CIVIL LINES, NAGPUR-440 001.

The applicants falling under the jurisdiction of the O/o Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Mumbai shall have the option to submit their applications for various categories at the Extension Counter at NAGPUR and obtain Licenses and other documents from the same Counter by Hand Delivery or By Post as the case may be. The applications so received will be processed at the Extension Counter and deficiencies if any, shall be communicated to the applicant. Applications completed in all respects shall be sent to the office of the Zonal JT.D.G.F.T, Mumbai by Speed Post on weekly basis. PS-I Section in this office will co-ordinate disposal of applications from the concerned Sections. The Licenses/ IEC Code Nos. and/ or other communications will be sent by PS-I Section to the Extension Counter at NAGPUR on weekly basis.
