Electronic Filing of applications
In continuation to Trade Notice No. 13 dated 24th January, 2000 containing the guidelines for electronic filing of applications, Trade is hereby informed that the pass-words for electronic filing shall be issued by this office henceforth. Status holders desirous of applying for advance licences/DEPBs electronically may submit a letter to Shri Susanta S. Das, Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade with the following details:

Name of the applicant;

Import Export Code Number; and
-
Name of the authorised person to whom the password is to be handed over with his signature duly attested.
Those who have already filed an application with the above details may collect the password from Shri Susanta S. Das, Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade.
After obtaining the password, the applicant may log in to the DGFT website and submit the application as per the Trade Notice referred above.
