In order to sort out the problems related to recent instances of non-appearance of Shipping Bills data on the DGFT site and non-communication of data of issued DEPBs from DGFT to Customs etc., members of the Trade in the Western Zone are hereby informed to address their problems to the Help Desk in the O/o. Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Mumbai. Ms. Usha Pralhad Pol, Joint Director has been appointed as the nodal officer. She will take up the issues with the concerned authorities like Customs, Mrs. Sangeeta Singh, Joint DGFT (EDI) (e-mail id: sangeeta.singh@nic.in) and Shri A.K. Sinha, Senior Technical Director, NIC (e-mail id: anilksinha@nic.in) at Headquarters.
