Attention of trade is invited to Trade Notice No.1/06 dated 07.06.2005 and Trade Notice No.2/06 dated 10.06.2005 issued by this office.

The above stated Trade Notices were withdrawn in view of Para 5A in the Part IV of Aayaat Niryaat Form incorporated vide Public Notice No.36 (RE-2005)/2004-2009 dated 02.08.2005 by DGFT.

Representations have been received from Trade that Para 5A has not yet been incorporated in the Aayat Niryaat Form and therefore, they are not able to submit the declaration through Aayat Niryaat route. In view of these representations it has been decided that till the SCOMET declaration becomes integrated into the Aayat Niryaat Forms, a separate declaration submitted by the applicant will be accepted in this office for processing of the applications. Similarly, in cases where the applicant has earlier submitted the declaration as per Trade Notice No.1/06, the same will be accepted without insisting for submission of declaration in Para 5A of Aayat Niryaat Form. For fresh application or where the declaration has not been submitted earlier, the applicant should submit a separate declaration as stated above till the declaration is integrated into the Aayat Niryaat Form.
