28. Protection of action taken in good faith. -

No suit, prosecution or legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or the Board or any committee constituted by the Board or any member of the Board or of such committee or any officer or other employee of the Central Government or of the rd or any agent of or any other person authorised by the Central Government or the Board, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or the rules made thereunder.
