Excise Acts, Rules & Regulation Central Excise Acts Clause 1

1. Short title and commencement. -

(1) This Act may be called the Mineral products (Additional Duties of Excise and Customs) Act, 1958.

(2) It should be deemed to have come into force on the twentieth day of May,1958.
