2. Definitions. -

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,-

(19) holding company means a holding company with the meaning of section 4;

(41) relative means, with reference to any person, anyone who is related to such person in any of the ways specified in section 6, and no others;

(47) subsidiary company or subsidiary means a subsidiary company within the meaning of section 4;
