RULE 224B. Duplicates of documents may be granted on payment of fees

- A duplicate of any certificate, registration certificate, transport permit or other document issued to any person may, at the discretion of the 7 [proper officer on payment of a fee of rupees thirty only be furnished to such person, if the proper officer is satisfied that no fraud has been committed or is intended by the applicant.
