RULE 75. Deposit of matches in store-room

(1) Immediately after affixing Central Excise Stamps, the matches shall be deposited in a store-room approved under rule 47.

(2) The store-room shall be secured by the registered person to the satisfaction of the proper officer and it shall remain open for transaction during such hours and days on which the factor is working, as the Commissioner may approve.
