(E).- In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance and Company Affairs ( Department of Revenue), No. 35/2003-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 10th April, 2003, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R.336(E), dated the 10th April, 2003, at page 6, in lines 4 and 5,-

for “the Central Excise Rules, 2002 ”, read “the CENVAT Credit, Rules 2002 ”.
