NOTES :

1. RBI approval numbers and dates for all remittances towards charter hire should be included in Remarks column.
   
   
2. Bank certificates for amounts received should be forwarded (if any part of foreign exchange receipts has been credited to a foreign currency account of the shipping company, details of the credit and the quarterly statement in form SPG2 in which it has been/will be reported, should be indicated.)
   
   
3. This statement should be submitted (in duplicate) so as to reach Reserve Bank before the end of the month subsequent to the quarter under report.
   
   
4. Voyages not completed during the quarter should be included in the quarter in which they are completed.
