Seeks to bring into effect provisions of clause (h) of section 107 of the Finance Act, 2015.

G.S.R. - (E)- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (h) of section 107 of the Finance Act, 2015 (20 of 2015), the Central Government hereby appoints 1st day of April, 2016, as the date on which the provision of said clause shall come into force.
