(E).- In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 11/2004-Service Tax, dated the 10th September, 2004, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R. 585 (E), dated the 10th September, 2004, at page 7, in line 6, for “, address and the registration number”, read “and address”.
