Amends Notification No. 19/2007 dt 12.5.2007 with regard to amendment in the composition of commitee of Commissioners consequent upon creation of Commissioners of Service tax Mumbai I for review of orders of Comm (Appeals)
G.S.R. (E) – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1A) of section 86 of the Finance Act, 1994(32 of 1994), the Board hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 19/2007-Service Tax, published vide number G.S.R. 354(E), dated the 12th May, 2007, namely:-

In the said notification, in the TABLE,

(i) for Sl. No. 34 , the following Sl. No. shall be substituted , namely :-

For the jurisdiction of Commissioner of Service Tax-I, Mumbai Commissioner of Service Tax-I, Mumbai Commissioner of Service Tax-II, Mumbai For the jurisdiction of Commissioner of Service Tax-II, Mumbai Commissioner of Service-Tax-II, Mumbai Commissioner of Service Tax-I, Mumbai

Commissioner of Central Excise ( Appeals) , Mumbai Zone –I”

(ii) Against Sl.No.55 in column (2), for the words “Commissioner of Central Excise ( Service Tax), Mumbai”, the words and letter “Commissioner of Service Tax-I, Mumbai” shall be substituted.
