Normal value (Refer Section 4.4)

Provide full and detailed information on the normal value prevailing in each of the exporting/producing countries, and the basis thereof. Information on cost of production. Selling, a General and Administrative expense, where normal value needs to be constructed also needs to be provided.

If the country of origin/export is a non-marketing economy, information in respect of another reference country (surrogate country) needs to be provided, with reasons as to why that country is suggested to be taken as a surrogate country.

Calculations, if any, also need to be explained

Export Price (Refer Section 4.6)

Details of export price, country-wise and the basis thereof.

Margin of Dumping (Refer Section 4.10)

(To be worked out on the basis of information given in I and 2 above as a
percentage of CIF price.)

For Example:

Normal Value                            Rs.1500/-
Export Price                             Rs. 1200/-
Margin of Dumping                     Rs. 300/-
As percentage of CIF Price          Rs.300/1200=25%
