Appoints Common Adjudicating Authority
S.O. (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and subsection (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakanab, New Delhi to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on:-

(i) the Commissioner of Customs (Import), New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai;

(ii) the Commissioner of Customs (Import), CFS Mulund, Mumbai; and

(iii) the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust, Nhava Sheva

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Euroasia Global, 8/6514, Hardhian Singh Road, Dev Nagar, Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110005 and other issued vide, DRI F.No. 23/01/2007-DZU, dated the 25th March, 2009, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi
