Appoints the Commissioner of Customs to show cause notice

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs(Import), Nhava Sheva to act as Commissioner of Customs(Import), Air Cargo, Mumbai for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Microtrack Business Systems Pvt. Ltd., 1, Rawdon Street, Shubham, Room No.505, 5th Floor, Kolkata and Others, issued vide F.No. DRI/23/13/ 2005/DZU, dated the 28th June, 2005, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit: B-4, 6th Floor, Paryavaran Bhawan, CGO Complex, New Delhi.
