Appoints the Commissioner of Customs to show cause notice
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Import), New Customs House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai, to act as, -

(i) The Commissioner of Customs (General), New Customs House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai and

(ii) The Commissioner of Customs (Port), Kolkata

for the purposes of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Nitco Tiles Limited, 85-86, 8th Floor, Maker Chambers-III, Nariman Point, Mumbai and others, issued, vide, F.No.DRI/BZU/C/14/2004 dated the 15th March, 2005 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit, 3rd/4th Floor, Hotel Waldorf Building, 16 Arthur Bunder Road, Colaba, Mumbai- 400006.
