CUSTOMS NOTIFICATION No.26/2000(N.T.) Dated 27-4-2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Port), Chennai to be the Commissioner of Customs, Customs House, Calcutta,for the purpose of adjudicating the show cause notice pertaining to M/S. Base Corporation Limited, Bangalore issued, vide DBI.F.No. 50D/33/98-Cl., dated the 1st February, 2000 by Additional Director General, Directorate of RevenueIntelligence, New Delhi.
