Amendments in the Ntf No. 62/94-Cus., (NT), date 21/11/1994 (Items of export Changed - Customs Port Revdanda in Maharshtra)
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the CustomsAct, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the followingfurther amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministryof Finance, Department of Revenue, No.62/94-Customs (NT), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 8 relating to theState of Maharashtra, against item (7) occurring in column (3) relating toRevdanda, in column (4), for item number (b) and the entries relating thereto,the following item number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-

"(b) Loading of following goods for export, namely:-

i) Sponge Iron.'
ii) Rejects of Iron ore Chips."
