In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of -the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, (Department of Revenue), No.29/97-Customs (N.T.), dated the 7th July, 1997, namely:-

In the Table to the said notification against serial No.3 in column (3), for the word "Belgaum", the words "Belgaum, Mangalore" shall be substituted.
