Trust receipt in respect of 10[Central Excise Stamps] obtained on credit

I/We the licensee(s) of ___________________________Match Factory situated at ____________________in the District of ________________being desirous of obtaining from time to time from the Commissioner of Central Excise, hereinafter called the Commissioner for and on behalf of the president of India, Central Excise Stamps on credit to be affixed to boxes or booklets of matches to be manufactured in my / our said factory agree that in consideration of the Commissioner allowing me/us to take the Central Excise Stamps from time to time for being so affixed, I/We undertake to hold the said Central Excise Stamps when received in trust solely for the President of India and to affix them to boxes or booklets of matches to be manufactured in my / our said factory. I/We also undertake to hold the boxes or booklets of matches manufactured and affixed with the said Central Excise Stamps in trust for the president of India] and to keep the same in the bonded warehouse or store room approved by the Commissioner. I/We also undertake to hold the un- used Central Excise Stamps in trust solely for the president of India for being eventually used by me/us in affixing them on the boxes or booklets of matches to be manufactured in my/our said factory. I/We further undertake to hold the said Central Excise Stamps boxes or booklets of matches in trust solely for the president of India until the price in the form of duty on matches under the provisions of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944, payable in respect of the said Central Excise Stamps is paid to the Commissioner on the issue of the said boxes or booklets of matches from the said bonded warehouse or store- room. I/We also undertake to return to the Commissioner all unused Central Excise Stamps. Except for Central Excise Stamps returned to the Commissioner and damaged Central Excise Stamps, for which I/am we/are entitled to receive a refund under the Central Excise Rules, 1944, and except for Central Excise Stamps on the boxes or booklets of matches in the said bonded warehouse or store-room which may be destroyed in any way. I/We also undertake to pay the full price of all Central Excise Stamps received by me/us.

I/We declare that this bond is given under the orders of the Central Government for the performance of an act in which the public are interested.
