(E) In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 69/2003-CENTRAL EXCISE, dated the 25th August, 2003, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide G.S.R. 679(E), dated the 25th August, 2003,-

at page 3, in line 20, 21 and 22, for “1997”, where ever it occurs, read “1999”
