A request for issue of `Split-up" licence(s) against a Advance Licence/ DFRC/EPCG licence may be made by the eligible applicant to the licensing authority concerned, either at the time of making the application or subsequently.

The licensee shall also be entitled for itemwise split up facility for items allowed under the Advance Licence/DFRC. However, in such a case, quantity and value of individual items shall be specified against the split-up licence and export obligation, if any, shall run concurrently on the main as well as split up licence.

(i) Each `Split-up" licence shall have a minimum CIF value of Rs. 10 lakhs.

(ii) Split- up fee in terms of Appendix-34 shall be payable alongwith each request.

(iii) The period of validity of `Split-up" licence(s) shall be co-terminus with the period of the original licence(s).
