4.38 Each importer/exporter shall be required to file importer/ exporter profile once with the licensing authority in the form given in Appendix- 1A. Licensing authority shall enter the information furnished in Appendix- 1A in their data base so as to dispense with the need for asking the repetitive information. In case of any change in the information given in Appendix 1A, importer/exporter shall intimate the same to the licensing authority.
