9.20

(a)The approved EOU/EPZ unit shall be required to execute a legal undertaking with the Development Commissioner concerned in the form given in Appendix 16-B of the Handbook (Vol.1).

(b)Trading/Service units shall be required to execute a legal undertaking with the Development Commissioner concerned in the form given in Appendix 16-BB of the Handbook (Vol.1).

(c)Deleted.
