Subject:- Recommendation of Rekhi Committee - Assessment of monthly RT-12 Returns

I am directed to invite, your attention to Circular No.54/54/94-CX dated 6th September, 1994 on the above subject.

2. After para 2 of the said circular, the following line may be added :-

"However, they are free to bring to the notice of the Assistant Collector their disagreement, if any, with the approved classification list".
