S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby imposes on the Commissioner of Customs, New Custom House, Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi to act as the common adjudicating authority, to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on –

(i) the Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi.

(ii) The Commissioner of Customs, New Custom House, Indira Gandhi International Airport New Delhi.

(iii) The Assistant or Deputy Commissioner of Customs, New Customs House, Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi and

(iv) The Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import), Nhava Sheva, Post-Uran, Dist- Raigad, Maharashtra,

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s Aparna Lace Crafts, Delhi and Others, New Delhi., issued vide, F. No. 23/18/2011-DZU, dated the 29th August, 2012, by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Zonal Unit, Delhi.
