Amendment in the Notification no. 14/2002-Cus (NT) dated 7.3.2002 - Jurisdictional Changes

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962, (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise & Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No.14/2002-Customs (N.T.), dated the 7th March, 2002, namely:-

(a) for Sl. No. 25 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

(1)	(2)	(3)
"25	Chief Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai – I	Commissioners of Customs, General and Container Freight Station Mulund, Mumbai, (Export) Mumbai and (Import) Mumbai.”;

(b) for Sl. No. 26 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

(1)	(2)	(3)
"26	Chief Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai – II	Commissioners of Customs, (Import) Nhava Sheva, (Export) Nhava Sheva, Aircargo (Import) Mumbai and Aircargo (Export) Mumbai.”;
