CBEC appoints adjudicators

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Goa to act as Commissioner of Customs(Exports), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Post-Uran, District -Raigad, Maharashtra - 400707 for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notices pertaining to M/s. RBA Exports, B-8, Bella Vista Colony, Dona Paula, Goa, (IEC code 0294020543) and M/s Himcast, (a Division of M/s Himgiri Castings Pvt. Ltd., 2/6, Sarat Bose Road, Calcutta – 700020) located at 291 Kundaim Industrial Estate, Kundaim, Goa issued, vide, F.No. DRI/ MZU/GRU/10/2002/90-96, dated the 25th March, 2003, by the Deputy Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Goa Regional Unit, H-1, Gharse Towers, M.G. Road, Panaji, Goa.
